Chemically Imbalanced Comedy is making preparations to throw Snubfest 2007, which will be held January 11-14. This is the third annual event they've hosted, and if you can prove you've been shut out elsewhere this year, and you can cough up the $.39 early entrance fee (yes, that's the cost of a stamp), you've got a damn good shot at getting in.

"Have you ever been left out of a comedy festival? Have you tried several attempts to get your work seen and keep hitting a brick wall? Do you feel like you are being overlooked because you are not connected or are unknown? Well, here is your chance to let the world in on your work."

Solo, stand-up, improv, sketch, musical comedy, short film, come one, come all (as long as you've been rejected by at least one other comedy festival in 2006). All acts must be submitted by November 2. Send an e-mail to snubfest@cicomedy.com for more information.
